JUST LIKE OLD TIMES

Ole Solskjaer is looking forward to the team playing in a big European game.

"We have missed games like this," He said.

"Some of our players are used to appearing on the biggest stage and it has not happened often enough for us in Europe in recent years.

"We are all really looking forward to it and I think these games will bring the very best out of our players."

"Roma are a very good side," said Solskjaer.

"They are typically Italian in the sense they don't give much away.

"We will probably have to run a lot to close them down and not give them any space. But that should not be a problem. It is something we are very good at.

"Our back four and midfield need to work really hard together. They have so many good players and top-class footballers but we must be very aware of their individual threats."

Wes Brown hopes to get two victories to be sure of going through:

"We must look to win both games because if we can beat them in Rome, it will make it very difficult for them to get through," he said.

"Being away first is an advantage and everyone is looking upon us as favourites.

"But this is a proper European tie. Italian teams are always difficult to play against and we all recognise Roma are going to make it extremely tough for us."
