‘United and the FA will investigate the amazing breach of security which allowed 10 supporters to invade the Old Trafford pitch and taunt Liverpool's fans before the game.
The club are taking the incidents very seriously and will today start studying CCTV footage of both. Their good record of crowd control means they will escape any punishment for the pranksters who got on the pitch dressed in United kit. But the FA are awaiting reports on both incidents from the referee, police and crowd observers.’
The Sun Also reports that the FA are to make hold an investigation after a coin was thrown at Sami Hyypia as he walked off the pitch.
