Roy Keane could become a manager even though he still hasn't qualified for the UEFA Pro Licence. There's a loop hole in the law that means he may be able to go straight into management while working towards his qualification. Much like the unsuccessful Steve Wigley last year.The Premier League rules read: 'Each manager holds either a valid UEFA Pro Diploma, a Football Association Diploma or a valid diploma of a similar standard from another national association,'
We should probably all expect Keane to be linked to the Portsmouth job then.
