KEEGAN HASN'T QUIT

The Liars have said that Keegan has not quit despite amusing rumours scaring the bitters yesterday. Rumours were rife that KK had quit because he couldn't have any pocket money to help the divs avoid relegation.

But Red Issue fav Chris Bird has denied everything.

'I can unequivocally deny that Kevin Keegan has resigned from Manchester City,' he stressed.

'Once again the rumour mill has been in full swing, but there is absolutely no substance to this speculation.

'We met with Kevin last week and like the fans and the board of the club our manager is intent on City moving forward. We are all looking at that as our aim.'

Looking at their league position perhaps moving upwards would be a better idea.
