KENYON IS A

This from the paper's Scurra column:

'Peter Kenyon took his life in his hands on Sunday night when he watched the England match from the cheap seats.

Instead of spending the game in the security of an executive box, Roman Abramovich's right-hand man sat in a £100 seat high above the halfway line.

But when he ventured into the communal loos before the match, Kenyon was rounded on by fans with taunts of "tosser", "w***er", and "t**t".

One Chelsea fan who was particularly angry over Kenyon's treatment of Signore Popular - sacked manager Claudio Ranieri - even went so far as to call him a "c**t".

This was too much for Kenyon who, standing at a urinal, interrupted the job in hand to shout: "Show me some respect!"

This did the trick. The fans chorused a few jeers and started laughing.

"He may want respect but he wasn't showing much to fellow fans on the way in," adds The Scurra's source. "There was a long queue of us at Gate 20 and he physically pushed his way to the front."
