KENYON PLAYS DOWN TAKEOVER TALK

Speaking to the BBC, Kenyon said:

"We have had several meetings with a lot of our shareholders
but the story so far is that they see it as an undervalued
business with potential for maximizing its brand,"

Analyst Andrew Lee at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein had
this to say:

"Once again Manchester United show they are a different
model to everyone else given their size. The shares are not
cheap but I can see higher revenue going forward,"
