LANDMARK FOR GIGGS ON SATURDAY

Giggs will make his 601st appearance for United on Saturday, leaving him only another 82 games from replacing Bill Foulkes as the player with the second highest number of United appearances. Bobby Charlton, with 753, doesn’t look like being toppled by Giggs.

Meanwhile Tottenham striker Freddie Kanoute feels that a home victory is on the cards, "The best thing is that scoring goals gives the team confidence. We feel we can give United problems."
