Leeds will land a £750,000 windfall if Rio Ferdinand helps Manchester United beat Arsenal to the Premiership title this season.

The cash-strapped Yorkshire club will have a further £3.25million pouring into their coffers if the England defender guides the Old Trafford side to more trophies.

Leeds will still pick up £400,000 if United finish as Premiership runners-up.
