Academy Director Les Kershaw in the MEN:
"From what has been a disaster Mads will probably get ultimate focus now and it is a fresh start for him.
"Mads is a very bright lad and he wants to get his career going again," says Les.
"His probation officer from Trafford Borough Council has been very pleased with him and she says that Mads' `head and knee caps are heading in the same direction!' which I thought was a brilliant classic way of saying he is going the right way."
