MAKE YOUR BLOODY MINDS UP

Ryan Giggs will be available for the West Ham match on 17 November after all, as FIFA have changed their minds about their statement of yesterday morning. They had originally said that Wales were entitled to invoke the "four day rule", meaning players have to report for international duty four days prior to the game.

Although the Wales game is a competitive Euro 2004 qualifier, the week of the match is designated as a friendly date and therefore Mark Hughes can only have Giggs and the other Wales stars 48 hours before the Azerbaijan match - meaning Ryan is now available for United's trip to Upton Park.
