According to the Beeb, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs have bought the building and plan to turn it into a hotel, but have agreed to give the homeless until February to move out.
One of the residents, Wesley Dove, said: "It's a beautiful building, now we know we can stay we can start doing work. It is a bit of security for winter."
