Matthews Not Coming To Old Trafford

The young defender has become the interest of several teams and there was a rumour started that Jones had already agreed to sell to the Champions.

But speaking to Sky Sports News, Jones said:  "It is pure speculation.

"Nothing has happened, nothing has been said and at this point in time we are trying to build and if we can keep hold of all our best young players, that is the best way to do it."
