NEVILLE FIT FOR TOMORROW?

After playing for an hour against Blackburn reserves, Gary
Neville feels up to the task of starting against Newcastle:

"I do but obviously that is down to the manager. I've got to
keep fit, play well and hopefully, maybe through an
opportunity, get back into the squad. I have had a little
bit of a hiccup these last few weeks. Now I feel fine. I
did get an hour under my belt and I suppose for me that's
important.

"It has been frustrating, especially on a night the lads are
playing for their countries. You also see the players
playing the first league game of the season. That's where
you want to be. No disrespect playing for the reserves - it
is nice to come back and play with the lads - but I also
want to play for the first team. That's where I would like
to be.

"The squad is very strong and that's important. I want to be
part of that. That is the most important thing for me."
