NO TICKET BAN

After Leeds meekly accepted a reciprocal ban in ’92 the Press have been stoking up the prospect of United doing the same though sense should prevail.
The plc’s avid Gill:

"We will have of course have discussions with Rangers and the relevant authorities but we do not envisage any problems."

Rangers chairman John McClelland:

"I'm sure any security issues are going to be absolutely minimal. A ban on travelling fans is not something I would imagine we will be doing. I wouldn't have thought it was necessary as only a small percentage of seats will be available by both ourselves and Manchester United.”
