NO VOODOO

United star Quinton Fortune has slammed rumours that his South African team used voodoo to help their World Cup campaign.

After their early success against Slovenia, some Korean journalists suggested that animal blood was being rubbed on the players' legs in a bid to help them run faster.

Fortune said: "I can assure people that our pre-match preparation is no different from the way that any European team would prepare."
