Luke Chadwick has joined Burnley on loan until the end of
the season, and Michael Stewart has joined Nottingham
Forest for their pre season tour in a move which could
see him move there for the season on loan.
This means that the number 17 shirt, worn by Stewart, is
now free for Djemba Djemba who had requested that it be
made his squad number as a mark of respect for his friend
Marc Vivien Foe.
Also United have secured 60 first class seats on a
specifically modified plane for the American tour. It
will accommodate the entire playing and coaching staff
and had first class catering and an open bar. Someone
