Pique's agent Arturo Canales has said he is waiting for talks with Fergie to see if he can go on loan this season.
"If Gerard leaves Manchester it will be to go to Zaragoza, since it is a dream project for him," Canales told El Periodico.
"It has the possibility of playing and that is what he wishes.
"We want to speak with Ferguson to see if he wants to have the player and if he gives us a good reason for wanting him to stay."
