Ferguson is expected to end the dispute ahead of Saturday's crunch Premier League clash with Newcastle even though Pearson will remain on the list of regular contributors to the station.
"Stuart has not been banned from MUTV and he will be back on in the next few weeks," said MUTV managing director Peter Brooks.
