Manchester United midfielder Butt, 27, finally hopes to return to full training next Monday after being sidelined since early October by the problem sustained against Everton.
Butt said:
"I spoke with the manager and the physios and they told me just to take it easy because my ankle kept flaring up.I am an impatient person by nature and I have felt like hanging myself at times.”
