The MEN:.

Rio Ferdinand and Millwall player Jody Morris have been cautioned for disorderly behaviour following an incident with a photographer, it was reported.

The pair, both 26, admitted the offence after being interviewed by officers.

The Sun reported the Manchester United defender and Morris were involved in a clash with a photographer after leaving a nightclub in Hampstead, north London in April.

A Scotland Yard spokesman said that yesterday: "A 26-year-old man attended Kentish Town police station by appointment.

"He was arrested, interviewed and subsequently cautioned for a section 5 Public Order Act offence, which is behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress."

The spokesman added that earlier in the month, another 26-year-old man also attended the same station by appointment and was cautioned for the same offence.

This second man is believed to have been Morris.
