"We know we still have one more game to play (than Chelsea after the weekend fixtures) and we still have three points to play for against Chelsea.
"From a mathematical point of view we can control six points from the gap we have between us and them.
"If we have enough quality to win those six points, I believe that everything can happen.
"We can't control what Chelsea do and what the other teams can do against Chelsea. But we can control our performances.
"My belief is that we play each game and send a message that we are strong, playing fantastic football with a lot of enthusiasm and confidence.
"One of the things about the league in England, which is great and which I hope English football never loses, is that you play from August to May with an open heart and an open mind every single game. It's something that only happens here.
"I think other teams have a better approach every time they play Chelsea. Everybody is starting to understand how to play against them."
