As part of the supplement we are trying to hunt down fans with special Old Trafford memories.

Rob and Janet Mahoney appeared in the paper May 7, 1996 as a married couple who supported rivals United and City respectively, the year City got relegated and United won the league.

Also there is soccer-crazy dad David Connolly, who named his son after the entire 1993 FA cup-winning squad by deed poll.

Alex Connolly boasted the name Alex Andrei Mike Eric Peter Les Gary Dion Lee Brian Denis Ryan Lee Darren Roy Mark Danny Clayton Steve Bryan Paul David Connolly. This story was published on 14th July 1995.

Finally there is long-haul fan Eddie Rowland who made the 500-mile round trip to watch his beloved United, all the way from Torquay.

On September 6, 2002, he appeared in the paper claiming that he hadn't missed a game at Old Trafford since 1920, apart from during the Second World War.

Any information regarding these peoples current whereabouts will be much appreciated.
