REDGRAVE STICKS HIS OAR IN

Sir Steve Redgrave has his say on the Ferdinand drugs row,
why not? Everyone else has:

"In rowing, if you have a positive test, or you miss a test,
you are banned for life," Redgrave told The Mail on Sunday
magazine. "None of this Mickey Mouse stuff that you don't do
anything for two years and then make a comeback. What kind
of deterrent is that?

"I can't understand how he (Ferdinand) can miss a test. I
don't have a lot of sympathy for any sport that doesn't have
proper deterrents against drugs."
