Nemanja Vidic will be making his return to the squad after he was not risked in the clash with Liverpool as he has only just returned from a calf injury.
Dimitar Berbatov, who also missed the Anfield contest, is included in the squad and so is Phil Jones who picked up a knock on Saturday.
Tom Cleverley (foot) and Rafael (shoulder) remain on the sidelines, although they are nearing a return to full fitness.
