She tearfully reveals how he sent her £5,000 to abort his unborn child while he was in Japan playing for England in the World Cup after telling her: "I don't want no kid. Get rid of it."
And she tells how just days ago she met Ferdinand, 27, in a hotel (just when Ferdiannd said he was going to be a dad) - and he pleaded with her to sleep with him behind the back of his pregnant lover Rebecca.
"He'll never change," Lauren told the Sunday Mirror. "He thinks he's invincible. I feel sorry for his girlfriend because he will always stray.
"All I wanted was for him to acknowledge that what we'd had for five years was great but that now it had to end. I understood that he'd made his choice and that he had chosen Rebecca. I wanted closure. I didn't want to give in to his charms again and again and to be the other woman anymore.
"I wanted him to thank me for being so loyal to him over the years and for lying to reporters whenever I was asked about whether I was seeing him and for being there for him whenever he needed me.
"Instead, he stood up and asked me if I wanted to see his penis. It was unbelievable. I had no intention of sleeping with him again but I suddenly had an idea. I wanted to hurt him. To humiliate him like he was humiliating me."
She undid his trousers, took down his boxer shorts and began giving him oral sex. She said: "After a few minutes I suddenly stopped, looked up at him and asked him what he wanted. He was worked up, breathing heavily and moaning. He said he wanted to have sex but that he didn't have a condom.
"I stood up, looked him straight in the eye and walked out of the room. I remember looking back as the door closed and seeing him stood in the middle of the room with his boxer shorts round his ankles and his mouth gaping."
