Barcelona have been rocked by a sensational row between boss Frank Rijkaard and Ronaldinho. Chelsea and AC Milan have been put on red alert that Ronaldinho could demand showdown talks about his future.

The World Player of the Year did not travel to Celta Vigo after angering Rijkaard by missing training on Saturday.

Rijkaard had hauled in his players in response to their 3-0 humiliation by Seville in the European Super Cup final.

He was furious with the Brazilian for carrying out promotional work just hours before the defeat in Monaco, where he looked below-par.

Ronaldinho, 26, was the only star not to join training, invoking Rijkaard's rule that if a player does not train 48 hours before a match he is axed.
