The Official site reports:

‘United's 18-year-old striker Giuseppe Rossi is earmarked for a bright Old Trafford future having made huge strides in the Reserves following his arrival from Parma in the summer.

Ten goals from 14 starts for United's Reserves has created a buzz around Rossi's development at Old Trafford.

‘The America-born striker, who holds an Italian passport, was recently instated in United's 25-man Champions League squad as recognition for his impressive performances this term.

‘"Giuseppe Rossi is improving all the time," enthuses Reds boss Sir Alex Ferguson. "He has got a bright future ahead of him. He is probably the coolest player at the club in terms of his play around the penalty box. We had him in the squad for our match at Everton recently," added Ferguson. "He has an absolutely wonderful temperament for a striker."’
