SAME OLD, SAME OLD
Rio on MUTV:
“It takes time to get your fitness back but it is nice to be playing again and I am feeling better as the games go by. It is always hard when you are not involved in the training. You miss the banter and the serious side.
“I have not been able to have a long run in the team but hopefully I can stay fit and do well enough to keep my place.
“He helped me out a lot when I first moved from Leeds. He showed me the best places to eat and even where to get my hair cut. You owe people when they do things like that. On the field, he has been brilliant. He has been badly affected by injuries over the last couple of seasons.
“Hopefully he will get a new lease of life now. He is a quality player and he has proved it this season.”
