SEBA TO MEET HIS OLD FRIENDS

Last updated : 19 July 2002 By Editor
United will play a friendly match against Argentinean outfit Boca Juniors on 10
August. The game is in aid of UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund,
and will raise money to help support some of the world's most disadvantaged
children. United have been involved in supporting the charity since 1999 and
this match will help provide more funds to the cause.

Fergie seems quite excited at the prospect of taking on one of Veron's old
clubs: "The game against Boca Juniors will be the highlight of our summer,''

"Even though it will be a day to celebrate our United for UNICEF partnership,
we will be taking the game very seriously. Boca are tough opponents and the
game will come just four days before we embark on our new Champions
League campaign, so the match is a vital part of our preparations for the new
season.''
