SILVESTRE DOESN'T THINK WE'LL CATCH ARSENAL

Last updated : 18 March 2003 By Editor
The Sun reports him as saying:

"These results are not a turning point. We are not really
expecting Arsenal to slip up again this season. We have
eight league matches left to play and our remaining matches
are tougher than theirs.

"However, the title race has been revived and English
bookies will devote themselves to it to their heart's
content."

He twisted his ankle on Saturday and will not play against
Deportivo on Tuesday. This is a recurring problem for him

"I find myself getting a couple of sprained ankles every
season. That is because of a chronic weakness in the joint
and I will have to do some serious work to strengthen the
muscles."
