"Coaching is part of the new contract I've just signed and I've recently been training the youth team and occasionally the Reserves. I started coaching at the football academies back home in Norway about three-and-a-half years ago during the summer break. Giving something back to the kids was something I wanted to do and the more coaching I've done, the more I've enjoyed it."
