No doubt Joan Laporta is not very popular in Barcelona today. Former Barca player Steve Archibold says he'll have little time to find a replacement for Beckham.

"There will be an awful lot of people disappointed in the new president," he told Sky Sports News.

"He (Laporta) needs to come up with someone in the next 24 hours who can compete with Beckham. I doubt it but that is his task."

It is now reported that Laporta could turn his attention to Ronaldinho.
