Souness gets all-bitter and Taylor comes over all Arsene Wenger

From The Sun:

The Rovers boss accused Johnsen of trying to get teenager James McEveley sent off.

Johnsen intervened when McEveley, booked earlier, tackled Villa's Mark Delaney seven minutes from time. Souness raged: "I always thought that Ronny Johnsen was a proper player. And now I know he is just another Johnny Foreigner like so many of them.

"It was just two young lads involved in a tackle, and he raced over and wanted the guy sent off."

Souness was so angry, he spoke to Villa manager Graham Taylor, who confirmed: "I know Graeme was upset with Ronny, but I wasn't aware of what had happened. I don't think it would be fair for me to comment, as I didn't see it. We all get emotional sometimes."
