Man City are still refusing to rule out legal action over Roy Keane for his horror tackle on Alf Inge Haaland.
The Maine Road club's lawyers are still studying medical reports on the Norwegian - who has made just one appearance since being pole-axed by United skipper Keane in an Old Trafford derby 21 months ago.
Chairman David Bernstein confirmed: "Taking legal action is a course we are still looking to pursue. A decision is imminent."
