ST. MICHAEL IS BETTER THAN RUUD

Well that's what John Aldridge thinks.

Ahead of today's match former mickey John Aldridge has some criticism for Ruud.

Aldridge said in the MEN: "Van Nistelrroy tends to find goals harder to come by in the big domestic matches.

"Michael finds it easier to create openings for himself. And when you are playing in a cup final against bitter rivals that could be the key. Even if he has very little service, Owen can still create something from nothing."

"If you put pressure on van Nistelrooy and mark him tightly, he is much less of a threat. And you have to do that, because if he is given space he can be breathtaking."

"But he doesn't have Owen's electric pace. When you can explode with the speed of Owen you can get away from any marker, no matter how talented a defender he may be."
