Luke Steele will stay on loan at Coventry until the end of the season. The 20 year old goalkeeper has played 18 times this year, and is enjoying himself at Highfield Road.

"So far my loan period has been more than I expected. I have learnt loads and it has given me good experience so I can't really see me going back and playing reserves.

"I don't think playing reserves is going to be more beneficial for me than staying here and playing in the first team and training with the first team all the time."

Peter Reid is glad to have secured his services: "Luke has been brilliant for us and it's terrific news that he'll be with us until the end of the season."
