Soccernet reports:

Manchester United defender Mikael Silvestre is a major injury doubt ahead of
the club's Premiership trip to Bolton on Saturday.

Manager Sir Alex Ferguson, who said the injury would be assessed today, is
unlikely to risk Silvestre at the Reebok Stadium after another impressive
performance from substitute John O'Shea.

Fergie is quoted as saying:

"Mikael has an ankle injury but we will assess it over the next 24 hours"

The Telegraph tell us:

Sir Alex Ferguson will have to resume his Premiership pursuit of Arsenal with
a new injury worry after Paul Scholes was ruled out of tomorrow's trip to
Bolton, and next week's match against Juventus, with a groin injury.
