Beckham's multi-million pound contract with Vodafone poses a problem for Milan who count one of the mobile telephone giants' rivals among their many sponsors.
TIM SAY'S NO TO DAVID
`There is a problem that today would lead me to say that David would not come to Milan,' Milan vice president Adriano Galliani, who has day-to-day control of the club owned by Italy Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, told Gazzetta dello Sport.
`His personal sponsor, Vodafone, is a competitor of Milan's sponsor Tim. He has a two-year contract left, in other words it is difficult.”
`Everyone wants to know about Beckham and I have to say that the English star intrigues me a lot,' added Galliani.
