TIMMY'S TROUBLES

USA coach Bruce Arena still has confidence in Tim Howard despite not playing
him in either of USA's international matches this week.

"Tim is very capable." Said the coach.

"He's playing with one of the biggest clubs in the world right now. If he continues to work hard, there's no reason why he can't be number one at Manchester United and number one for the national team.

"These things happen. He's having his ups and downs, but all through it, Timmy's been incredibly supportive of Kasey and this team."

Timmy doesn't seem to be letting it get to him though and he knows he'll get
through this period. He said

"I'm not frustrated, but I'm disappointed. Everything with Bruce was confident,
there was nothing negative. We've been okay. We talked about the situation
going forward."
