From Teamtalk:

Police reported that 11 arrests were made after a number of clashes broke out between rival fans during the fiery fixture.

"Sporadic outbreaks of disorder before and after the match were dealt with by the police.

"Two police officers were injured and required medical attention," confirmed the police spokesperson.

From The Mail:

They were also trying to prevent a repeat of a fan war that erupted on waste ground a mile from the stadium after last season's encounter.

More than 400 rival hard-core hooligans fought a bloody prearranged battle which West Yorkshire police sources say was the most serious organised disorder they have encountered near the stadium.
