UNBELIEVABLE

Everton and Scotland midfielder James McFadden has been
reported to the SFA by Strathclyde police. His crime?
Attempting to give his man of the match shirt to a 9 year
old boy who suffers from cerebral palsy. A jobsworth steward
prevented him from doing so, and the player was led away by
police.

"The steward was just being an idiot," he said. "He was
trying to do his job but it was stupid because I was trying
to see one guy and I wasn't trying to jump into the crowd."

Today, Strathclyde Police said the 20-year-old player's
actions could have caused a riot and branded him
"irresponsible".

The complete lunacy of that last statement defies belief.
