UNITED ANGER PREMIER LEAGUE

As Red Issue reported a couple of weeks ago, United and
Liverpool want more freedom with regards to the overseas
broadcasting rights to their matches.

The Premier League has hit back though, a source is quoted
as having said:

"There is serious opposition to United's policy. The
collective agreement is central to the Premier League's long-
term stability and United attempting to do their own
overseas deal couldn't be more selfish. Kenyon was left in
no doubt what everyone else thought about United's plan."
