The charges related to the United pair's post-match comments about referee Martin Atkinson following the FA Cup 6th round defeat to Portsmouth at Old Trafford in March.
"At an independent regulatory commission hearing today, charges against Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson and assistant manager Carlos Queiroz were found not proved," read an FA statement.
