City reached the semi final by beating Arsenal 3-0 last night at the City of Manchester stadium.
The game will be a two legged affair with the first leg being held at City and the return clash taking place a fortnight later at Old Trafford.
The other semi final will be contested between Blackburn Rovers and Aston Villa. Rovers beat Chelsea on penalties last night after drawing 2-2 after extra time.
