UP FOR THE CUP

RF:

"I have not had great memories of the FA Cup in recent years.

"Losing to Arsenal in Cardiff was probably one of the worst feelings I have ever had in football. We battered them for the whole game and lost on penalties. It just reminds you that you need the rub of the green and also need to play well to get to the final. Hopefully, we can do that this year.

"You don't want to become runners-up. You get nothing for finishing second and we want to win every competition we are in. We have that winning mentality. We are doing okay, we have to keep going."

Fergie:

"I think it'll be a good match. They've been in great form this season and we had a smashing game with them in December which we won 3-2. You've got to be happy with a home draw. It's our third in a row - I can't remember ever getting three consecutive home draws. We just need to concentrate on the game and how we win it and stick to our principles. No chance, absolutely no chance (they'll rest players)!

"They'll have their strongest team out. With a number of Premiership sides already out of the competition it's an opportunity for them and I don't think Steve will want to miss that chance. The important thing for us to remember is to play the game, not the occasion. We've always stuck by that mantra and we'll do so again in this Cup tie."
