JSV has sacked his agent Gustavo Marcardi, many and varied will be the rumours why:

"It was a relationship from many years ago. I have good feelings for Gustavo but now I have decided to change a little bit.

"Maybe the professional relationship was slightly damaged and as I have a good personal relationship with him I didn't want that to be influenced. I have spoken to Gustavo, I told him what I decided and it finished there.

"At the moment nobody will be my agent. My friend Fernando Hidalgo is giving me a helping hand. I think he will represent me in the rest of my career."
