Attention all Reds going to Glasgow. Lots of pubs as you can imagine will be closed or dodgy to say the least. There is however a place which has been hired out exclusively for UNITED fans and will be open from midday.
The place is called The Arches and is situated at 253 Argyle Street, Glasgow. The venue is right in the city centre, next to Central Station and 10 yards from the Underground station for travelling to Ibrox. It can hold about 1,000 people, so there should be plenty of room.
There is an admission charge of £5 to cover the costs of the entertainment and hire of the venue, and to employ security to ensure there are no unwanted gatecrashers.
Doors and bars open at midday, with Pete Boyle doing a spot of DJing throughout the afternoon. There will be a couple of strippers too.
It should be a huge afternoon of Reds-only entertainment.
