Gary Neville insists United are more than capable of coping with yet more enforced changes to their back four.

”That’s something we’ve had to adapt to quite a lot because of the injuries and suspensions we've had across the back four,but that isn’t just something that’s happened over the last year - there’s always the chance that players can get injured”.

”There’s also a lot of competition for places and with the likes of Wes Brown, Mikael Silvestre and John O’Shea in the squad, we’ve got enough good players to deal with it. So there are no problems."
