Wes Brown, "This side is right up there with the best. The lads are all enjoying themselves and we have a good mix. We have young lads, senior players and new signings who are really standing out. That's what the gaffer wanted them to do and they're producing good form.

"The manager has some difficult decisions to make but I think those who missed out on Sunday will be delighted to have played in recent games. I'm sure they understand that they're just coming into the team and they'll have a bigger role to play in the future."

Owen Hargreaves, "We can play any way. We can go all out on the attack and play on the counter-attack. That was what our second goal against Blackburn was all about. It was a great ball from Louis Saha to open things up. Carlos came around the back, and Cristiano Ronaldo finished it. It was a great goal all round.

"Everyone is looking good, from the back four, midfield and up front. We look quite confident. We defend as a unit and work as a group. The balance is definitely there. We can play any way because there are a lot of options. People won't get to play as many games as they would probably get somewhere else. But there is a bigger picture. It is not about one individual. We all understand that. The feeling in the dressing room is very special. Everyone is pulling for everyone else to be successful. The boss is doing a good job."
