"Our medical people can't get to the bottom of Gary's illness," stated Sir Alex Ferguson. "All the tests have been done but we still don't know what's wrong with him. He feels fine one day and then the next the bug has returned. I'm sure it will clear up eventually but just at this moment I couldn't say when he will be fit to play again."
